Holotropic Breathworktm is an advanced and deep form of transpersonal exploration. The combination of focused breathing and evocative music enables you to experience profound release, inspiration and healing.
Because of the experiential nature of Holotropic Breathworktm these workshops are not suitable for you if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, aneurysms, glaucoma, recent injuries or if you are pregnant.
Please contact us and we can send you an application form either by email, breathwork@iol.ie or by post , the application form needs to be filled out and returned to us before you attend a workshop.
